The journey towards SmarTer Philippines continues as the Department of Science and Technology(DOST) holds the 2014 National Science and Technology Week (NSTW) on 24-28 July 2014 at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay City with the theme “Philippines: A Science Nation Meeting Global Challenges”.

Featuring the latest advances and contributions in science and technology (S&T), this year’s NSTW Celebration highlights the eight DOST Outcomes that involve the use of S&T strategies and interventions to enhance agriculture; micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs); industry; information technology and business process management (IT-BPM); government service; healthcare; human resources; weather and geologic hazards.
