To strengthen the system of collaboration among health research institutions in Cagayan Valley Health Research and Development Consortium (CVHRDC) was established on 2005. It aims to create and sustain an enabling environment for health research toward research-based solutions to health problems and health related policies within and outside the region, as a strategy to improve the health and living conditions of its people.
At present, the CVHRDC has a membership of fifteen(15) health research institutions including the three (3) core agencies namely, CHED, DOH, DOST.
With an aim to expand its membership, the CVHRDC is inviting interested health research institutions to become part of this health consortium.
The following guidelines provide the rules and procedures that govern membership in the organization of the Cagayan Valley Health Research and Development Consortium (CVHRDC).
I. Qualifications and expansion of membership
Any public, private or non-government organizations in Cagayan Valley which has the intent, capability and resources to undertake health research or related development activities can become a member of the CVHRDC.
II. Requirements
- Letter of Intent from the institution (applicant) signed by the head of the institution
- Endorsement from a founding member institution of the CVHRDC
- Accomplished survey form (see the website downloads section)
