Sixteen research enthusiasts from St. Paul University of the Philippines, Cagayan State University Carig & Andrews Campuses, Isabela State University Cauayan Campus, Quirino State University, Nueva Vizcaya State University, and Cagayan Valley Medical Center presented their research proposals developed during the first two phases of the Disaster Risk Research Training for Health, May 10-11, 2017. The Phase III of the said activity is the presentation of Proposals for Technical Review. Dr. Ophelia Mendoza, Dr. Ofelia Saniel, Dr. Juan Pablo Nańagas, and Dr. Jessie Manuta served as the Technical Review Committee for the two-day activity held at Zen Hotel, Santiago City, Isabela.
