DOST RO2- CVHRDC successfully conducted the three-day workshop on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) among the Research Ethics Committee heads in the region on October 9-11, 2018.
Resource speaker Dr. Marita V.T. Reyes emphasized the importance of detailed and coherent SOP among the attending institutions.
As an output, the participants are expected to improve their SOPs by making it more in-depth and comprehensive.
This also serves as a preparation for the coming accreditation of Philippine Research Ethics Board.
Said workshop was attended by 15 participants from the academe and health sectors in the region.
